From 3rd until 6th of March 2015 Faculty of Economic Sciences had the pleasure to host Prof. Andra Zvirbule-Berzina who is the Dean, scientist and lecturer of the Faculty of Economics and Social Development and Prof. Anita Auzina from International Cooperation Centre at Latvia University of Agriculture.

Ms. Andra Zvirbule-Berzina gave a lecture on „Logistics and Food Supply Chain- Latvia case”, which was attended by Polish students of Logistics, doctorate students and the staff of the Faculty. Also students had the opportunity to lessen and discuss the possibilities to study at the Latvia University of Agricultural.

In addition, guests of the Latvia University of Agricultural participated in the meeting of the Department of Agricultural Economics and International Economic Relations.

Also Ms. Andra Zvirbule-Berzina and Ms. Anita Auzina were participated in the meetings with Dean for Co-operation with Domestic and Foreign Units Dr. Nina Drejerska, Dean for Extramural Studies and Development, Dr Ludwik Wicki and Dean’s Plenipotentiary for Student’s Exchange Dr. Agnieszka Parlińska. This meeting focused on the possibility of expanding cooperation in the available didactic and research programs.

Visit of guests from Latvia University of Agriculture at WULS-SGGW was organized and coordinated by Professor Maria Parlińska and Dr. Agnieszka Parlińska.
