Guidelines for authors
- Scientific Journal of Warsaw University of Life Sciences, series Economics and Organization of Agri-Food Sector accepts only original scientific papers on topics appropriate to the journal’s scope.
- Each paper is typically reviewed by two independent referees (with the habilitation doctor or higher scientific degree), predominantly from outside of the WULS-SGGW.
- The paper written in non-Polish language is reviewed by at least one referee affiliated with the foreign institution.
- The journal operates with double blind peer review policy, meaning that both reviewers of the paper and its author/s remain anonymous during the peer review process.
- In particular situations, the reviewer is asked to sign No-conflict-of-interest declaration stressing that there is no conflict of interests between him/her and the author (family ties, conflicts, professional associations of the individuals, etc.).
- The referee submits review in a standard review form and optionally in a response paper with clear recommendation about acceptance or rejection of the paper (the review form is available on the journal website).
- To prevent the practice of ghostwriting and guest authorship, the authors should fulfil appropriate declaration form (available on the journal website).
- The list of the referees of papers for the journal is published every year in the last issue.
- The authors are requested to send to the Editorial Board two printed copies of the manuscript (eventually, an electronic copy as well). Paper should be prepared according to the journal established format and style specifications (the guidelines for authors are available on the journal website).
- Having received the paper’s acceptance for publication, the author/s should send to the Editorial Board its final version (two printed copies plus an electronic version on a CD or by e-mail).
