A workshop: “The Netherlands: European challenges and intercultural particularities” lectured by PhD. Kees Schipper
On the 27th of March 2015 at the Faculty of Economic Sciences took place the workshop “The Netherlands: European challenges and intercultural particularities” which was leaded by PhD. Kees Schipper, the lecturer of Dronten University of Applied Sciences. The workshop was attended by Polish and International students of SGGW and the staff of the Faculty
During the workshop Dr. Schipper introduced the Dutch point of view about participation in the European Union and the ways the residents of Holland treat the people immigrating there from around the world. The theme of the meeting included the following topics:
- functionality of the Dutch economy under EU directives,
- the specifics of intercultural communications in the Dutch labor market,
- globalisation and its impact on EU members,
- the definition and operation of agriculture in the Netherlands and
- methodologies in promoting products and services in and among foreign cultures
Also students had the opportunity to listen and discuss the possibilities to study at the Dronten University of Applied Sciences.
The workshop was organized by the academic section of the Scientific Group “ENACTUS” in collaboration with the Deans Plenipotentiary for Students Exchange Dr Agnieszka Parlińska.
Mr. Schipper visit at WULS-SGGW and in Warsaw was organized and coordinated by Agnieszka Parlińska and Filip Piwowar.
